Allison Fitzsimmons

As a therapist with over a decade of experience, I believe the therapeutic journey should be centered around fostering a strong, collaborative partnership with my clients. My expertise is in trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders, and domestic violence. My training encompasses modalities including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Adolescents (PSB-CBT-A). As an advocate of person-centered therapy, I prioritize building genuine connections that are rooted in empathy and respect.
